On behalf of the ISFP it is my pleasure to invite You to participate in the XI-th meeting of our society (ISFP) to be held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, 10-12 June, 2014. This is the second occasion that our society will meet in Bulgaria.
Plovdiv is a famous (history, industry, agriculture, food, research, education etc.) city in the central part of Bulgaria. In 2008 this city was the place of the VIII-th ISFP Conference, so we will come back to Plovdiv after Nitra (2010) and Budapest (2012). Anyway I do hope that some participants – although we have to focus on new generation of researchers – had the possibility to participate in the former meetings, as well, beginning with Budapest (1994), and following with the Bucharest (1996), Lublin (1998), Istanbul (2000), Brno(2002), Pécs (2004) and Senta (2006) conferences.
We are assured of a warm welcome from the local organizing committee. I know that they will ensure an interesting scientific program, coupled with the famous Bulgarian hospitality, which many of us fondly remember from the former conference. I do hope that many members of ISFP will be present in Plovdiv to enjoy this special occasion.
I am looking forward with enthusiasm to meeting You in Plovdiv, in June 2014.
